What appointments need a consultation?
Consultations are available for all services — and they’re free.
We recommend them for SMP and non-laser tattoo removal so we can fully understand your goals and create a customized plan.
How long does it take SMP to heal?
SMP healing varies by individual and area treated. Generally, the surface heals in 2–4 weeks, while complete healing beneath the skin can take up to 8–12 weeks.
Do you offer numbing?
Yes, we offer complimentary topical numbing for all tattoo appointments to ensure your comfort throughout the process.
Does tattoo removal hurt?
t’s quick, and most clients say it’s manageable.
We’ll walk you through it and make sure you feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Can I see examples of your work?

We’re proud of our work, and we want you to feel confident before booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead — some services fill up quickly.
That said, cancellations happen! Feel free to message us to check last-minute availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a $100 fee.
Can SMP cover scars or alopecia?
Absolutely! SMP effectively camouflages scars from hair transplants, injuries, or surgery, and provides coverage for alopecia and thinning hair areas.
Is SMP noticeable or natural looking?
Our goal is always subtle, natural-looking results.
We customize the pigment and placement to blend seamlessly with your natural hair and skin tone.
What should I do before my appointment?
We’ll send prep info ahead of time — but in general:
Stay hydrated, avoid caffeine, don’t come sunburned, and arrive with clean skin.
